Digital Asset Group is looking for Owner Operators to join our growing team in the metro Detroit, MI area!
As an Owner Operator with Digital Asset Group, you will be operating your own vehicle (renting is ok) to pickup & deliver freight to customers and vendors.
Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record
- Knowledge of applicable state regulations and driving laws
- Knowledge of equipment and material handling requirements for the job.
- Knowledge of computerized order entry systems and ability to use cell phone applications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push pull, and carry objects as needed.
- Commercial Insurance ($1,000,000 Auto Liability/ $100,000 Cargo) is required.
- Business Bank Account or Personal Venmo Account.
- W9 Form, Certificate of Insurance, Copy of Driver License, Copy of MC Authority, 4 Photos of Truck (front, back, both sides)
Responsibilities:
- Drive (your company vehicle) min 26 FT Box Truck.
- Load/unload freight from company vehicle.
- Use PPE as needed.
- Provide proper proof of delivery (POD) in order to receive on time weekly payments (late deliveries will result in rate reduction).
- Must have a Pallet Jack, Pallet Gloves, and Rachet Straps. Load bars are not always required, but are a good accessory for more load options.
