This is a door production shop and the right applicant must have experience with constructing finish-level wood products.
Applicant must be able to:
Read technical door drawings.
Set up, operate, and maintain heavy woodworking machinery (e.g., table saws, shapers) as well as hand tools.
Execute expert-level joinery, sanding, staining and finishing techniques to achieve a flawless end product.
Collaborate with and guide other shop staff on traditional carpentry knowledge and maintain strict safety standards
