We are seeking a reliable and hardworking laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation and maintenance on a large commercial project. Bi-ligual is a plus.
Our company and the jobsite are a drug and alchol free zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of various siding and cladding materials (vinyl, wood, metal, fiber cement, etc.)
- Measure, cut, and fit materials according to supervisor instructions.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Extra pay if Bi-Ligual.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in siding, cladding, or general construction preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or scaffolding
- Basic understanding of construction measurements and tools
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the job site
- able to pass a drug test
Work Conditions:
- Full-time position; 10-12 hr days; overtime as needed
- Work is primarily outdoors and may involve travel to different job sites
- Team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and training

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
