Minimum Requirements
- Passionate leader who thrives on ownership, not just oversight
- Must obtain a Food Manager certification (e.g. ServSafe) prior to go-live
- Proven leader, skilled in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Resilient, adaptable, and committed to long-term success
- Must be motivated by the pursuit of autonomy, financial freedom and fulfillment
Preferred Qualifications (not required)
- 3+ years of operational experience working at a restaurant, retail, hospitality or other service business
- Experience in fast-casual or QSR concepts
- Experience in food and beverage operations
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, from sourcing to team leadership
- Entrepreneurial experience
