Front Desk Associate — Elevate Fitness
Part-Time | Weekdays 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM | $25/hr + Sales Commission
About Elevate Fitness
Elevate Fitness is a strength-focused gym in Bellevue, WA built around real coaching, community, and results. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes fitness to be the first face our members and prospects see every evening.
What You'll Do
Greet and check in members, creating a welcoming and high-energy atmosphere
Manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and inquiries — converting prospects into members
Give gym tours and confidently close new memberships
Handle day-to-day front desk operations: membership questions, payments, some social media
Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized
Support coaches and staff with operational needs during your shift
What We're Looking For
Prior experience working in a gym, fitness studio, or health club — this is required
Solid knowledge of strength training, fitness programming, or general wellness
Natural ability to connect with people and close a sale without being pushy
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — you own your shift
Comfortable with basic computer systems and POS/membership software
Positive attitude that reflects our culture and brand
Nice to Have
Personal training certification or fitness credential
Experience with gym management software (Mindbody, PushPress, etc.)
Background in sales or customer service
Compensation
$25/hour base
Sales commission on new memberships closed
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
