Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and seasoned foreman to lead a crew in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance services. This role combines hands-on fieldwork with crew leadership, scheduling, and client communication to ensure efficient and professional service at every job site. The route for this crew is 50% commercial and 50% residential. Hours are Monday – Friday 6:30 am – 4:30 pm and some Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily routes, schedules, and job completion timelines
- Safely transport crew members and equipment to and from job sites
- Lead and participate in routine landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weed control, seasonal treatments, and general property upkeep
- Communicate with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance and equipment operation necessary
- Proven ability to manage time, schedules, and job sites efficiently
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
- Must pass a drug screening and background check
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
