Overview
We are seeking dependable and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. In this role, you will safely deliver furniture and merchandise to customers' homes while providing an outstanding delivery experience. Drivers will be responsible for completing multiple delivery routes and assisting our franchise store locations with deliveries as needed. This position involves more than driving, you will also load and unload furniture, safely transport merchandise, bring products into customers' homes, and when required, assemble and set up furniture to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles while following all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Load, unload, and transport furniture and merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Deliver products into customers' homes and assemble or set up furniture when required.
- Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining a professional, friendly, and courteous attitude.
- Inspect merchandise before delivery to ensure orders are accurate and in good condition.
- Obtain customer signatures and complete all required delivery documentation.
- Communicate with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow proper lifting techniques and safety procedures while handling heavy merchandise.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous delivery driving experience
- Clean driving record required (background and motor vehicle record may be performed.)
- Ability to safely lift and move 50-100 lbs on a regular basis.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
