Position Overview
Velora Lash Studio is seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Lash Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily studio operations, appointment management, retail sales, and client communication. The ideal candidate is organized, positive, dependable, and passionate about beauty, customer service, and team culture.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and client inquiries promptly
- Educate clients on lash services, memberships, aftercare, and studio policies
- Recommend and sell retail products and memberships
- Ensure all clients have updated consent forms and payment methods on file
- Process payments, memberships, and adjustments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Support stylists and management with studio operations
- Monitor appointment flow and communicate scheduling updates with the team
- Help maintain a positive, luxury guest experience at all times
- Follow company policies regarding late arrivals, cancellations, and memberships
- Assist with social media content, promotions, and client engagement when needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, salon, spa, or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience or confidence recommending products and memberships preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
- Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge
- Weekend and evening availability preferred

Schedule
