American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry (CC4) position at a 3-time Magnet-designated hospital in Aurora, CO, requiring at least 1 year of acute care telemetry experience and a CO or compact RN license.

Work setting is an inpatient telemetry unit (CC4) within a 345-bed, 3-time Magnet-designated hospital
-
Large cardiac population served across two telemetry floors and a PCU floor

Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

Patient ratio is 1:5 on days (varies by unit)

EMR system is Meditech/CPN
-
Floating is required to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units

RN and CNA staffing model on both day and night shifts across most units
-
13-week contract
-
Active CO or compact RN license required
-
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA or ARC accepted; no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start)

Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care telemetry hospital experience required

Minimum 2 years of total clinical experience required

US SSN and DOB required for consideration

One professional reference required

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Strong telemetry experience is preferred

Chemo certification (ONC) is a plus and may allow scheduling on the Oncology unit

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
