What You’ll Be Doing
We handle a healthy mix of new construction, commercial builds, and high-end residential remodels. You won't just be unclogging drains all day; you'll be running real jobs.
- Install & Assembly: Layout, install, and service plumbing systems, rough-ins, fixtures, and piping.
- Plan & Execute: Read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to plan efficient runs that meet VT plumbing codes.
- Pipe Work & Fabrication: Perform professional pipe threading, fitting, soldering, and brazing.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex residential and commercial plumbing issues quickly and accurately.
- Collaboration: Work alongside our dispatch, electrical, and HVAC teams to keep job sites running smoothly and safely.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensing/Experience: Valid VT Journeyman License OR 3+ years of documented plumbing experience (4th-Year Apprentice status).
- Skills: Proficient with trade hand/power tools, blue print reading, pipe threading, and soldering. (HVAC cross-over or light carpentry/handyman skills are a strong bonus!).
- Driver’s License: Valid Vermont Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle insurance).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical job site demands, including heavy lifting, overhead work, and navigating tight spaces safely.
- Pride in Ownership: Someone who keeps their truck organized, communicates clearly with clients/crews, and shows up ready to hit the ground running.
