What You’ll Do:
- Assist experienced HVAC technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems
- Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues
- Gain hands-on experience in the field
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Commit to learning and growing your technical and customer service skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HVAC field
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well with a team and take direction
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous HVAC school or coursework is a plus, but not required
