As Service Manager, you’ll help protect homes, businesses, and communities every day. You’ll lead field operations, ensuring customers receive consistent, reliable, and professional service. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians to deliver exceptional service
Use your expertise in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites to guide daily operations and resolve challenges

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead by example and develop your team
Valid driver’s license and availability for a full-time (40-hour) workweek
Willingness to work weekends when needed
