Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Assist with organizing and decluttering rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Handle special cleaning projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred
- Knowledge of proper floor care techniques is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on client needs
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction
- Valid driver's license is preferred
Skills:
- Custodial experience
- Knowledge of laundering techniques
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards
- Floor care knowledge
- Basic understanding of housekeeping management principles
- Proficient in general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc.
- Experience in residential cleaning is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
