We are looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be essential in preparing high-quality dishes that delight our guests. You’ll work in a lively environment, supporting the kitchen operations and ensuring every plate meets our standards for flavor and presentation. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Support the team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to create a smooth, efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Two years previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or culinary environments is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and proper sanitation practices.
- Strong knife skills and experience with food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with menu planning, cooking methods, and food industry standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills.
