Shipping & Receiving & Installation Laborer

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Shipping & Receiving & Installation Laborer to join our Canton team. This role supports warehouse and yard operations while assisting with the installation and dismantling of mast-climbing work platforms at customer jobsites.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a construction background who enjoys working with equipment, learning new skills, traveling to jobsites, and being part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard environment
- Complete shipping and receiving duties, including order picking, loading/unloading, and securing equipment for transportation and material organization
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required
- Complete deliveries and pickups to and from customer jobsites
- Assist with the assembly, anchoring, installation, and dismantling of mast-climbing work platforms on customer jobsites
- Safely use hand tools and equipment required for installation activities
- Travel to customer jobsites as required (including occasional overnight travel)
- Follow all company safety policies, jobsite requirements, and OSHA safety standards
- Support warehouse, yard, and field installation activities as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a construction, industrial, manufacturing, or similar hands-on environment
- Previous experience with construction equipment installation, assembly, or mechanical work is an asset
- Comfortable working at heights and on active construction sites
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Forklift certification or previous forklift experience is an asset
- Ability to safely use common hand tools and construction equipment
- Available to travel as required
