Starting Pay: $50,000.00 and up + Full Benefits | Full-Time | Faith-Based Nonprofit

We’re looking for a passionate Director of Kinship Navigator Program who is responsible for The Director of Kinship Navigator provides program and administrative oversight of Kinship Navigator Specialists, Caregiver Educators. Your Impact: What You’ll Do
- Work with kinship Navigator Specialist, Caregiver Educators, groups, organizations, and institutions to identify, connect to, and effectively utilize community resources
- Ensure quality standards and services delivery of program. strong knowledge and skill-based expertise in child welfare or applicable field
- Develops, implements, and monitors the budget and program outcomes
- Manages the services performed by employees, contracted staff, students, trainees and volunteers within the assigned program area(s).
- Organizes training opportunities and sharing of staff expertise for assigned program areas, in addition to participating in orientation for new employees.
- Ensure timely product outcomes
Who You Are
- Individual with a knowledge of knowledge of management techniques and supervisory best practices.
- Knowledge of kinship family dynamics and systems.
- Competency in administrative, management and supervisory tasks
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including speaking in front of groups.
- Strong knowledge and skill-based expertise in child welfare or applicable field
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Able to maintain confidentiality, exhibit mature judgment
- Demonstrate knowledge of kinship care, children, and families.
- Committed to Christ-centered service and passionate about the mission of foster care
What You Bring
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field of study
- 5+ years of experience in social services, education, or a related field required
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience with kinship care and navigated the child welfare, legal, educational, and health systems preferred
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to pass background check, pre-employment drug screening, and physical
- Minimum age 21 years old
