-Seeking the perfect addition to our team. Reliability, Integrity with a team centered attitude.
-Property and Casualty insurance experience required as well as MD Property and Casualty or MD Personal Lines License.
Duties include: Assisting large client base with with day to day insurance needs. Answering phones, policy changes, making appropriate coverage recommendations to name a few.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, providing detailed assistance on insurance policies, claims, and billing inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather information, and promote additional services or policy updates
- Maintain accurate data entry of customer information into our systems
- Address customer concerns with problem-solving skills, offering clear solutions and escalating issues when necessary
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every interaction is positive and productive
- Assist clients with policy explanations, documentation requests, and coverage options in a bilingual capacity if applicable
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently by organizing client information, updating records, and handling cash or payment processing when required

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
