Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
Represent banks, private lenders, and borrowers in commercial real estate financing transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents, including loan agreements, mortgages, security agreements, guarantees, and intercreditor agreements.
- Conduct and oversee due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, environmental, and organizational review.
- Structure, close, and manage commercial real estate loan transactions, refinancings, modifications, and workouts.
- Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, title companies, and opposing counsel to ensure timely closings and compliance with lending requirements.
