Store Team Member
Location: Eataly WTC
Department: Retail Operations
Shift: Full-Time | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (including weekends)
The Store Team Member at our Eataly WTC location is responsible for supporting daily retail operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards. This role ensures a welcoming environment for guests while assisting with stocking, organization, and cleanliness throughout the store.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist guests with product inquiries

Stock, rotate, and replenish merchandise on the sales floor

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times

Ensure proper product presentation and merchandising standards

Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory

Follow all company policies and procedures, including food safety standards

Work collaboratively with team members and management to support daily operations
- Previous retail, grocery, or food service experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
