We are looking for a motivated and experienced Journeyman Service Technician to join our growing team. This position focuses primarily on electrical service work, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations for residential and commercial projects.
Electrical experience is preferred over solar experience.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and has strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and service work
- Install and service electrical systems and equipment
- Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Adhere to local and national electrical codes
- Safely climb ladders and work at heights when required
- Complete required safety certifications and training
- Maintain professionalism with customers and team members
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of electrical experience
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards
- Ability to climb ladders and work in various environments
- Journeyman-level experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Solar experience is a plus, but electrical experience is preferred
