FULL TIME Janitorial / Custodial Worker
Location: Longmont Colorado

Position Summary:
AMFAC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial / Custodial Worker to help maintain clean, safe, and sanitary conditions within client facilities. The ideal candidate demonstrates pride in their work, follows established cleaning protocols, and consistently represents AMFAC with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform routine janitorial and custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
-Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas in accordance with company standards.
-Empty trash and recycling receptacles and properly dispose of waste.
-Refill restroom and facility supplies such as paper products, soap, and sanitizer.
-Clean interior surfaces including floors, walls, windows, fixtures, and equipment as assigned.
- Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and scope of work requirements.
- Identify and report maintenance, safety, or sanitation issues to supervisors promptly.
-Maintain accurate documentation of completed tasks when required.
-Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions
and company policies.
-Adhere to all AMFAC safety procedures, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
-Interact professionally with clients, site contacts, and coworkers.
Qualifications:
-Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities cleaning experience required.
-Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, supplies, and equipment.
-Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision.
-Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
-Reliable transportation and ability to report to assigned job sites on schedule.
- Ability to pass a background check.
-OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Physical Requirements:
-Ability to lift to 40–50 pounds.
-Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
-Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
