Overview:
PT/20 hrs. Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the department’s quality assurance for Orange County Programs. Responsible for accurate and timely data collection, entry, and review. Support overall program organization, communication, compliance, and administrative support. Qualified candidates must have related experience in administrative work. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in connecting to appropriate department and enroll in services
- Accurately enter all data in required databases for record keeping and billing purposes
- Maintain client and staff records, benchmarks, occupancy, census, and other program reports.
- Assist with onboarding of new staff and interns to ensure we meet program and contract requirements.
- Process purchase orders, employee reimbursements, make office supply orders, track petty cash and flex funds requests.
- Assist with overseeing volunteers and bachelor's level interns.
Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in office management or associate degree.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and written.
- 21 years or older due to County contract requirements.
- Maintain a valid California Driver’s License and acceptable driving record of at least 3 years.
- Maintain criminal record clearance
- Must have a philosophy of support for at-risk children and families in line with the mission, vision, values, and statement of faith of Olive Crest.
