Project Manager – Low-Voltage Systems (Healthcare)
Storm Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of field service and installation projects for healthcare facilities. We specialize in nurse call systems, access control, CCTV, and related low-voltage life-safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve systems and processes for dispatching and coordinating field technicians.
- Take full ownership of communication and job details from initial dispatch through on-site delivery, completion, and customer invoicing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure clear expectations, timely updates, and smooth handoffs.
- Perform hands-on field work as needed to support installations, troubleshooting, and project closeout.
- Travel as required to job sites across the Southeast.
- Plan and track project timelines, resources, materials, and budgets to keep work on schedule and within scope.
- Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and facility contacts to resolve issues quickly and maintain high service quality.
- Document job progress, changes, and completion details accurately to support billing and future service.
This role requires a practical, organized leader who can balance office coordination with real-world field execution in healthcare environments.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
