What You’ll Be Responsible For
Event Leadership & Execution

Oversee all day-to-day banquet and event operations
-
Serve as the on-site leader during events, ensuring seamless execution
-
Step in and assist service staff as needed, this is a hands-on leadership role
-
Ensure event flow, timing, and presentation meet AMP’s standards
Team Leadership & Training
-
Schedule, lead, coach, and support Banquet Servers and event staff
-
Set clear expectations for professionalism, appearance, and service
-
Model calm, confident leadership, especially during high-pressure moments
-
Build a team culture centered on accountability and pride
Planning, Communication & Coordination
-
Partner with clients and internal departments to bring event visions to life
-
Execute timelines, room layouts, and staffing plans and duties
-
Review and execute TEOs and event details with precision
-
Participate in planning meetings and post-event follow-ups
Problem Solving & Guest Experience
-
Greet client at start of events
-
Act as the primary point of contact on event days
-
Address challenges quickly, professionally, and discreetly
-
Maintain a solutions-first mindset at all times
-
Ensure guests, members, and clients feel heard and valued
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a professional who brings confidence, maturity, and hospitality leadership presence.
- 3+ years of experience in event management, banquet operations, or hospitality leadership
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Calm, composed, and professional under pressure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google, Gmail, and event systems
- Willingness to perform physical and operational duties when needed
Additional Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 35–50 lbs for extended periods

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Exposure to motorsports-related noise and activity
-
Valid driver’s license with clean 3-year MVR
-
Satisfactory Background Check
-
Degree in hospitality or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
-
Appreciation for high-energy environments and well-run events
