Assembler – Training Provided
We are looking for dependable people who are detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and willing to learn. You do not need extensive manufacturing experience to succeed in this role.
Hands-on training provided in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Assemble mechanical, electrical, and optical components

Follow detailed work instructions and established processes

Use small parts, hand tools, and computer-based documentation systems

Inspect your work for accuracy and quality

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED/HSE, or at least one year of work experience

Basic computer skills

Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with basic hand tools

Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, bend, lift, push/pull up to 50#.
Previous manufacturing, assembly, mechanical, or electrical experience is helpful, but not required.

Location: Rochester, NY
Hours: 6am-2:30pm (Mon-Fri) - Work 10 hr shifts all summer and get 3 days off a week!
Duration: One-year contract with the potential for direct hire.
Pay: $19-22/hr, depending on prior skills and experience
