The Real Estate Assistant plays a vital role in supporting individual agents and teams by managing client communications, coordinating appointments, and assisting throughout real estate transactions. This role ensures smooth daily operations, utilizing MLS, CRM, and custom real estate platforms to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. The assistant also handles data entry, document management, and lead management to support successful real estate activities.

Required Qualifications
- Illinois Real Estate License
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in real estate support
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with MLS and CRM software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Time management skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
