Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of two assigned facilities, working approximately 10 hours per week at each location. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
- Clean windows, mirrors, glass, and other surfaces as needed.
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to management.
- Follow all company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Secure the facility after cleaning, when required.
- Maintain a professional attitude and consistently deliver high-quality work.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Pressure washing experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to travel between both work locations.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a positive work ethic.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required before employment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Schedule
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Approximately 10 hours per week at each of two assigned locations
- Flexible scheduling based on business needs
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Pay: $14.00 per hour
