TITLE: Strategic Account Executive - San Antonio
DIVISION/DEPARTMENT: Administration
REPORTS TO: Director of Business Development
LOCATION: San Antonio, TX
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for targeting and securing profitable new business by building relationships, opening new business, and driving new sales growth. The Strategic Account Executive has call point ownership of certain accounts. This position includes a bonus component based on revenue growth and a company car.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL - Play a pivotal role in promoting our products/services and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive sales through pre-call planning, post-call analysis and consistent follow-up.
- Identify and target key accounts across the assigned market.
- Target and secure new business for the Oculus Pathology laboratory.
- Provide overall support and expertise to new & existing accounts.
- Provide immediate support for less complex issues.
- Collaborate across multiple departments to successfully on-board new business.
- Leverage all tools and resources (including data, target lists, Marketing Department, and Laboratory resources as needed).
- Maintain a breadth of knowledge of Oculus Pathologies ability to interface.
- Create and Present business proposals to C-Level Executives.
- Ensure compliance with company polices and government regulations.
- Complete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly.
WORK EXPERENCE REQUIREMENT
- 5+ years of experience in business-to-business sales or with account ownership
- Special Requirements:
- Candidate must have residency in close proximity of territory.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A motor vehicle record in good standing.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences preferred.
