Resident Life Department – Independent Living
Do you enjoy bringing people together, planning fun experiences, and making each day more meaningful? We are looking for a warm, creative, and organized Resident Life Assistant to help support engaging programs, events, outings, and activities for our Independent Living residents.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will help plan and lead resident programs, coordinate event details, support outings, create flyers and calendars, and build positive relationships throughout the community. You’ll work closely with the Resident Life Director and other departments to create a welcoming, active, and resident-centered environment.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
Energetic, friendly, dependable, and passionate about working with older adults. The ideal candidate enjoys event planning, group activities, customer service, hospitality, recreation, or community engagement.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills are important. Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, education, event planning, or customer service is a plus.
Schedule
Full-time, primarily weekday daytime hours, with occasional evenings, weekends, outings, and special events.

- Activities Assistant : 1 year (Preferred)
