Verizon Customer Representative Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person sales presentations with residential customers in assigned territories.
- Generate new sales opportunities by actively engaging with prospective customers.
- Verizon Customer Representatives promote Verizon wireless products, services, and promotions through consultative sales conversations.
- Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process to complete successful sales transactions.
- Verizon Customer Representatives build strong customer relationships that support future sales opportunities and referrals.
- Answer customer questions and overcome objections using effective sales techniques.
- Verizon Customer Representatives stay informed on Verizon products, promotions, and industry trends to strengthen sales performance.
- Consistently contribute to overall company sales growth and customer acquisition efforts.
Verizon Customer Representative Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Verizon Customer Representative Job:
- Job Type: Full time, in-person sales role
- Location: Ontario, CA office or assigned nearby territory
- Campaign: Sell and Promote Verizon products and services
- Schedule: Weekdays (Monday-Friday) with optional Saturdays as needed or 40 to 48 hours per week.
- Compensation: 100% commission based
Pay: From $4,600.00 per month
