About the Role
Tarallucci e Vino is seeking an organized, hospitality-driven Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of private dining events, corporate gatherings, weddings, and special celebrations across our venues.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in hospitality events. The position offers a clear path to becoming an Onsite Event Manager, with opportunities to take increasing ownership of client experiences and event execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and coordination of private events
- Communicate with clients before events to confirm details and logistics
- Support venue walkthroughs and client site visits
- Coordinate with restaurant management, kitchen teams, and vendors
- Prepare event materials, timelines, and BEOs (Banquet Event Orders)
- Ensure event spaces are properly set up according to client specifications
- Provide onsite support during events, assisting with guest needs and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate event records and follow-up communications
- Help ensure exceptional guest experiences from inquiry through execution
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments
- Hospitality, restaurant, catering, or event experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic administrative tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Growth Opportunity
