Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Driving Instructors specializing in Class C vehicles to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive driving instruction to teen and adult learners, ensuring they develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to operate vehicles safely and efficiently. Your enthusiasm for teaching, combined with your expertise in driving will inspire students to succeed and foster a positive learning environment. Responsibilities:
- Conduct practical driving sessions on the road, demonstrating safe driving techniques and vehicle handling skills
- Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience
- Prepare students for the practical driving assessments through targeted instruction and practice
- Keep detailed records of student progress, and evaluations in compliance with licensing standards
- Stay updated on current traffic laws, safety regulations, and industry best practices to ensure accurate instruction
Requirements
- Proven experience in driving, minimum 5 years driving experience (Class C)
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety standards, and licensing requirements relevant to Class C vehicles
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners of diverse backgrounds
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Clean Driving Record
- Must be a licensed driving instructor but we will train!
