Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dough Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for glazing, frying, and managing donut production during service. You will also be responsible for preparing and producing brioche dough used in our baked goods, punching donuts, preparing cinnamon rolls, and cleaning daily after service ends.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and consistency. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with other culinary professionals to deliver exceptional results.

This position is full-time hourly with a share of tips. Holiday and weekend availability is non-negotiable. This position is for a morning role that runs into the afternoon and sometimes early evenings.
Duties
- Prepare batches of dough, process dough, punch various kinds of donuts, and prepare cinnamon rolls according to established Dulce Dough recipes.
- Ensure that all dough is produced in accordance with food safety and handling standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, dough-sheeter, proofer, ovens, and other baking tools efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to hygiene practices.
- Assist in the decoration of donuts and pastries as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring product quality and responding to any inquiries regarding baked goods.
- Cleaning of dough room and surrounding areas after service.
Skills
- Experience working in a restaurant kitchen.
