Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Consult with prospective clients over the phone and review all of their options for debt relief. We take a consultative approach to our enrollments, so you must be friendly, quick thinking and empathetic with strong verbal and telephone skills.
- Our enrollment agreements are sent electronically via a web based CRM and Docusign. You must be comfortable with computers, data entry and some multi-tasking. Patience is required while walking our clients through the enrollment process.
- Manage a queue of prospective clients and remain focused through out the day - you will be making outbound dials, taking in bound inquires as well as following up on calendar appointments. We have a very strong leads, there is no cold calling
Inside Sales Representative Qualification:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience.
- Strong ability to communicate, negotiate and overcome objections, as well as to articulate a clear plan of action to our clients
- We are looking for applicants that take pride in being transparent and honest with our clients, applicants who are able to build rapport quickly and are coachable. We monitor calls to ensure that our clients are getting the highest level of service.
- Must be a hard worker, who can stay positive throughout the day while dialing.
- We offer feedback to help you succeed, so it is important that you are open to coaching and are able to take that information and apply it while dialing.
- We are seeking individuals with a track record of success and the ability to close business.
We do a background screening for all candidates, applicants with fraudulent activities of any kind will not be reviewed. Our company has an A+ rating with the BBB and is a member of several trade associations so we only hire employees who we feel reflect those values.
Inside Sales Representative Benefits:
- Health insurance plan as well as Dental and Vision available after 90 days of employment

- Base hourly rate of $18-$20per hour (DOE)
Inside Sales Hours:
T W TH: 9am - 6pm PST
Friday & Saturday: 7:30am - 4:30pm PST
**Commission and bonuses paid monthly in addition to hourly rate. Ramp up period to maximum earnings potential is approximately 3 months.**

This is currently a remote position, applicants should be equipped to work effectively and efficiently in a remote environment and must meet the following workspace requirements;
Employees must have a suitable place to work free from distractions and noise that could interfere with their assigned duties. This will be confirmed during regular interactions with their manager, including 1-1s, call monitoring sessions, etc. Before being granted the ability to work remotely, employees must provide a photo of the workspace to PDR.
