The Director of New Student Programs is responsible for district-wide oversight and leadership of orientation and retention initiatives for new students. This position plays a critical role in developing, implementing, and evaluating programs and services that support the successful transition and retention of first-year students. The Director will lead the design and execution of the college's orientation programs and First Year Experience (FYE) initiatives, ensuring alignment with the institution’s strategic goals to foster student success. This role involves collaboration with various campus departments and stakeholders to create a supportive and engaging environment for new students. This role also involves regularly assessing program outcomes and implementing improvements based on data-driven insights to ensure continuous enhancement of student transition and retention.
