Position Summary: Loads machine centers with raw materials.
Essential Functions:

Loads raw materials at designated machine centers.

Staging roll stock at machine center

Taking finished product from machine center to next operation

Keeps forklift in good, safe operating condition by daily check off of inspection report; reports any maintenance needs to maintenance.

Operates aerator and stages sheets at machine center

Observes and conforms to all company rules and regulations as outlined in the “employee handbook.”

Initiate action to prevent problems, document quality problems, contribute solutions to problems, verify implementation of solutions and control further processing when a problem is identified.

Respect and conform to all accepted safe work practices and standards.

Attend on going in-house quality education classes.

Perform other duties as required.

Ensures work area is clean and organized.
Education and Experience Required: Speak, read and write English. 4 years or more of forklift and clamp forklift experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Skills And Physical Requirements: Must have good hand to eye coordination. Must be able to sit and drive forklift for long periods. Must have the ability to work well with others in a team environment, and to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Must be willing and able to obtain forklift certification.
