As an Assistant Construction Superintendent, you are directly involved in all operational processes for heavy highway, road construction and handicap accessibility improvement projects. You will work alongside the Superintendent to control project manpower, production and schedule. Self-sufficiency, accountability and problem-solving skills are critical to your success. We are comprised of a close-knit team that leads by example and a “roll up our sleeves” mentality.

Required Experience:
· (1-5) years in heavy highway, road construction leadership or supervisory role
· OSHA 10 (or greater)
· Construction Management or Civil Engineering Degree Preferred
· Familiarity with Construction Management and Job Costing Software Preferred
· Valid Driver’s License
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
