Duties
- Deliver tailored tutoring sessions in core subjects such as mathematics and English language arts, and writing, adapting lessons to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual student goals.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative assessments and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and school staff to communicate student progress and address specific learning challenges.

Requirements
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching elementary or middle school students across multiple subjects, especially math and English language arts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students from varied cultural backgrounds.
- Experience working with children in classroom or childcare settings, including preschool or early childhood education environments.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student learning styles and needs.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills combined with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for education.
