Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Gym Teacher to inspire students to develop a lifelong love for physical activity and healthy living. In this role, you will design engaging physical education programs that promote fitness, teamwork, and personal growth. Successful applicant must hold a bachelor degree. Preferred applicants will need to be highly skilled in classroom management, effective communication, and creative in instruction as well as able to work as part of a collaborative team. Qualified candidates must have or will complete BCI/FBI background checks and Diocese of Toledo Protecting God’s Youth certification.
Duties
- Lead classroom activities that promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, and teamwork, ensuring safety and proper technique at all times.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through proactive behavior management strategies, creating an environment conducive to learning and fun.
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
