Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards.

- Support the culinary team with meal prep activities, ensuring timely and accurate food handling.
- Follow proper food safety protocols during dishwashing and food handling processes.
- Organize and store clean items efficiently in designated areas for easy access during service.
- Help with kitchen sanitation by cleaning workstations, floors, and surfaces regularly.
- Assist in basic menu planning and ingredient organization as needed to streamline kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food handling safety standards.
- Experience working in a restaurant or food industry environment is preferred.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of meal preparation are advantageous.
