Ultra Steam Cleaning Systems is looking to hire a sharp, dependable, honest, proven individual who is self motivated with a positive get-it-done leader type personality, and good work ethic for this full time position. You will be working all over the greater Bay Area. You will be doing and managing the deep cleaning, maintenance work and some weekly custodial work, for over 100 church buildings all over the Bay Area. Work will consist of completing scheduled work assignments, working with and overseeing at least two different teams, as well as training, reporting and inspecting our work in the area.
Paid training will be provided as well as vehicle reimbursement when necessary.
The following are REQUIRED:
( no exceptions)
- Legal documentation of work eligibility.
- GOOD driving record
- Current and Valid drivers license.
- Strong, fluent English communication skills including on the phone, emails and in person.
- Ability/willing to work out of town for over night assignments from time to time. 10-15%.
- Able to pass a basic criminal background check.
- Teachable, outgoing, dependable & positive personality.
- Non- smoking (of ANY/ALL kinds) work place.
- At least 3 years supervisory experience In related field.
- At least 2 years of janitorial &/or carpet & floor cleaning experience.
