As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for prospective and current residents. You will be responsible for leasing apartment homes, conducting tours, managing resident communications, and helping the community achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Sales
- Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
- Greet, qualify, and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process
- Achieve occupancy and leasing goals through strong customer engagement and follow-up
- Process lease applications and maintain accurate leasing records
Resident & Prospect Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and online inquiries
- Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents
- Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout every interaction
Property Presentation
- Inspect apartment homes and community amenities to ensure move-in readiness
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams regarding outstanding service needs
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming leasing office environment
Administrative Responsibilities
- Accurately document customer interactions and leasing activity in company systems
- Assist with general office and leasing administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior leasing experience required — paid training provided
- Previous leasing experience preferred, or strong experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Professional, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work one weekend day and some holidays
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
Physical Requirements
· Ability to walk community grounds, including occasional stair use during tours and inspections
