Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers to promote our home health services.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and detailed presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate agreements and coordinate with medical professionals to facilitate patient referrals and service onboarding
- Identify new business opportunities through analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and community needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements while adhering to healthcare regulations.
- Organize and deliver educational sessions or product demos to healthcare staff to enhance understanding of our services.
Skills
- Strong negotiation abilities paired with excellent communication skills for effective B2B sales interactions.
- Proven experience in account management within medical or pharmaceutical sales environments.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales roles with a focus on healthcare or medical products.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and coordinate product demos efficiently.
- Analytical skills to assess market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports.
