The Ford Agency is seeking an IT Infrastructure Solutions Manager to oversee a talented team of engineers to support this global firm's server & storage infrastructure solutions. This role works very closely on the strategy and compliance sides to ensure that systems meet the needs of the firm and clients with a sharp eye on risk mitigation. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT infrastructure professional who sees creative and innovative solutions while maintaining data security.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and lead the global IT infrastructure
- Shape cloud and virtualization strategies with IT leadership and architects.
- Orchestrate capacity planning, system optimization, and environment scaling
- Translate firm business needs into technical solution roadmaps
- Manage infrastructure projects from planning to final operation
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a global team of junior and senior infrastructure engineers
- Manage ITSM budget
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree and relevant cloud certifications are preferred
- 7+ years of direct experience in a professional services environment, law firm highly preferred
- Deep technical expertise in Azure, VMware, Active Directory, and MS Office
- Proven track record leading infrastructure designs, and global cloud transformations
- Exceptional leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
