In this role, you’ll gain practical experience through active transactions, develop and grow your own client base, and provide valuable support that contributes to the Lead Agent’s continued success.

Support buyers throughout every stage of the home-purchase process

Host open houses to generate opportunities and expand your business

Cultivate relationships within your personal and professional network

Perform circle prospecting to identify potential clients

Follow up consistently with leads and maintain strong client relationships

Assist with listing preparation and related activities as directed by the Lead Agent

Work with Lead Agent to guide their clients to homes - You will assist on both the buying and selling side

Host Open Houses - This is a great way to showcase listings and pick up potential buyers

Schedule & Show Homes - You will assist in finding buyers a new home

Attend Inspections and Walkthroughs - You will learn and support the lead agent

Attend Appraisals - You will learn and support the lead agent

Lead Generate - You will gain knowledge on how to grow your business and create a strong pipeline
