American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position in Massachusetts, requiring a permanent MA RN license and at least 2 years of ED experience.

Emergency Department (ED) setting across two hospital campuses, with floating required between the Leominster and Clinton locations
-
ED includes a dedicated psychiatric holding area, requiring a well-rounded clinical skill set
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM); 48-hour weeks may be accepted

Scheduling is based on unit needs — block schedules cannot be accommodated
-
Shift start time flexibility required: must be available to start up to 4 hours before or after scheduled start time based on critical department need

Patient ratio of 1:5

Charting system: Epic
-
Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
-
No on-call requirements

Active, permanent Massachusetts (MA) RN license required

Minimum 2 years of ED nursing experience required

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

Two professional references required for consideration, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or above

No prior disciplinary actions or violations on nursing license

Nurses will complete pass/fail telemetry (EKG) and medication competency tests during orientation

July RTO will not be approved for more than 1–2 days
