Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Make Ready Apartments (Paint/Sheetrock/Repair)
- Conduct appliance repairs and service tasks across various systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration).
- Trash Pick Up throughout Property
- Assist with construction or renovation projects by providing maintenance support and ensuring safety standards are met.
- Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during major repairs or upgrades to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to support operational transparency and compliance.
Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, or related equipment.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing and Sheetrock
- Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration technology.
- Experience in construction or facility maintenance is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to guide team members or coordinate with external contractors effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings. Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
