Position: Data Migration Development Lead (AWS)

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Development Lead to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale data migration solutions using AWS.
- Lead end-to-end data migration and ETL/ELT development.
- Design and develop pipelines using AWS Glue, S3, DMS, Lambda, and Step Functions.
- Develop scalable data transformations using Python, SQL, and PySpark.
- Implement data quality, reconciliation, validation, and error-handling processes.
- Support migration testing, mock conversions, production cutovers, and post-migration validation.
- Lead and mentor a team of data migration developers.
- Collaborate with architects, business teams, and application teams to define migration solutions.
- Implement CI/CD, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for migration pipelines.
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
