Job Title: Charge Nurse
Reports to: Director of Nursing
FLSA Status and Pay: LPN or RN $38 to $40 BOE
Schedule: Part-time 7 am to 3 pm, or Part-Time 11pm to 7 am Thursday, Friday and every other weekend, or Full-Time 3 pm to 11 pm including every other weekend
Location: Onsite, 24 Tabor Crossing Longmeadow, MA 01106

Glenmeadow is seeking a caring and compassionate RN or LPN. The Retirement Community Nurse plays a vital role in supporting the health, safety, and overall well-being of residents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive health assessments and monitor residents' health status regularly.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare providers.

Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health management and wellness.

Respond to calls in a timely and appropriate manner.

Document all nursing care and resident interactions accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.
Education and Experience

Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.

Previous experience in a nursing role, preferably in a long-term care, geriatric, or retirement community setting.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Strong clinical assessment skills to identify health concerns and monitor changes in residents’ conditions
