Bridal Sales Associate — Houston Flagship
Winnie Couture is hiring a sales-driven associate for our Houston Flagship.
We are looking for someone who loves sales, enjoys connecting with people, and feels energized by helping brides find the dress. This is a role for someone who is confident, motivated, goal-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission.

What You’ll Do
As a Bridal Sales Representative, you will:
Lead bridal appointments from start to finish
Help brides discover their vision and find the gown that feels right
Confidently ask for and close the sale
Follow up with hot leads, online bookings, second visits, and event inquiries
Own your sales goals, including close rate, average order value, and same-day conversion
Support in-store events, bridal shows, private sales, and promotions
Work with your teammates through our team-selling approach to create more YES moments
Keep the showroom beautiful, organized, and photo-ready
Assist with inventory, shipments, and daily store needs when needed
What We’re Looking For

Comfortable asking for the sale
A strong communicator who can build trust quickly
Proactive with follow-ups, texts, emails, and client outreach
Coachable and open to learning our bridal sales process
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch retail environment
Available weekends and holidays, when most brides shop
Experienced in retail, luxury, bridal, beauty, fashion, or consultative sales
Bridal experience is a plus, but strong sales ability and the right attitude matter most.
